Winter

It snowed in the river.
Long winter starts now. The village people and trouts
wait calmly for spring and plants grow.

I stand on the riverbank which is coverd with snow.
A new life begin to be born on the riverbed.
I think it's a heart warming thing.
When baby trouts start swimming between pebbles, the late spring comes
in the mountain village.

I went to the river in March right after the ban was lifted.
Baby fish swim in swarms. I scoop them up with my hands.
And they were full fledged trout with permark on.
I return them back into the stream.
